Binding belts

Here a recommendation how to bind an Aikido belt. Many thanks to Aikido Luzern

Protrude the beginning of the belt on one side and bind the rest around the body.

Bind the beld around the body a second time. Now, there should be a rest of the same length.

Thread this rest of the belt through the two folded belt from below to above.

Now thread the beginning of the belt through and in between the two folded belt from above to below. A kind of funnel should arise.

Slide the rest of the belt through this funnel from above.

Finally, tighten up both ends of the belt.
