Nia - Fitness and danced joy of life
Nia is a holistic movement concept that combines various elements: the swing of dance, the dynamics and precision of Taek-Won-Do and Aikido and the concentration of Yoga. Nia increases physical fitness and body awareness in a playful way, is pure joy of movement and danced joy of life! Training is barefoot and with music that is fun. The exercises can be performed individually from strength-saving to sweat-inducing intensity.
Nia is suitable for everyone, no matter what age or physical condition. No special knowledge is required.
