Self-protection and self-defence - an outline

Wearing training clothes during training is not mandatory, but it is always nice, because we are now known for our red T-shirts, especially since it also strengthens individuals in the team when training clothes are worn during training. Our red T-shirt is only required for exams.

For our team, we have initiated a partnership with Sport Hofmann, a local sports shop that allows us to try on our clothing in advance, prints our clothing itself and delivers it reliably to our homes if desired. In this way, we are not only supporting a local business, but also taking a big step towards quality and sustainability.
