Yoga is a millennium old science that looks at the human being in his entire being and is therefore still valid and successfully applicable today. In Yoga there is no good or bad. All experiences are only impulses for further development. You get to know your own strengths and weaknesses, train your body and mind, develop strength, endurance, flexibility and concentration. Yoga leads to relaxation and helps to feel and know what is good for you.
