Yoga 2, Tuesday


Yoga is an exercise practice that is thousands of years old. It consists of postures (asanas), which sometimes flow into each other, breathing exercises and sometimes meditation. You get to know your own strengths and weaknesses, train your body and mind, develop strength, flexibility and concentration. Yoga helps to relax, to feel one's own body and thus to recognize what is good for one.

Bring along firm pillow, comfortable stretchy clothes and possibly warm socks.
Mats are available
